Each user has the ability to verify a new account using text (SMS) only, no email address is required. 


Complete the following to verify your new account using the link sent via text (SMS).  The user will be prompted to set the initial password. 


The below link will be sent via text to your cell phone. (Click on this link)




Clicking on the link will direct you to the below page to verify your date of birth. Verify your day and month of birth.


NOTE:  Often times if your day and month of birth WERE NOT PROVIDED the try-

Day=1 and Month = January (the system defaults).




This will verify your cell phone number and then you will be re-directed to set up your password.

Click "Set Password" to set your password for the first time.



Clicking "Set Password" will direct you to the page below where you will be able to set and confirm your new password (minimum requirements:  8 Characters, upper and lower case and one special character).


Client Code:    Is specific to your facility and is the same for all staff


User ID:            In most cases, it will be your first initial followed by the last name.


NOTE:  Your USER ID will appear at the top of the text received.




After the above steps are complete each user will be able to log-in through the Senior Insight mobile application or on the website located at:
