NOTE: No two active users can share the same email address. For common email addresses that may be shared like executivedirector@memory.com must have all previous users of that address marked as "Inactive" to allow the new user to be set up.
To inactivate any users go to:
SETTINGS>MANAGE USERS> find the user's name and click the icon with the red circle and line. This will "inactivate" that user so a new user, with the same, common, email can be added and verified.
Add a new user:
#1. Settings - Manage Users
#2. Click on '+ User'
