Open your email inbox and look for an email from "mailer@seniorinsight.com" - this could be in your inbox or another folder (spam) depending on your email application.




Once you have found the email, follow the steps below.  Note: The system administrator can "resend" your verification email if you cannot find it.  Search on "resend" to find out how.



Note your User ID in the email below (first initial and last name recommended)




Note: If your day and month of birth do not work to verify, try the default which is (January 1).
