• Each user, depending on your assigned user role will receive a notification when a new eSign is available.  In the examples below an Incident and Assessment have been completed both with an available "eSign".


  • To access and navigate to this feature a user can click on 'Notifications' OR 'Alerts' to go to 'Dashboard --> Notifications / Actions' tab.



User have following options for 'eSign':


Option #1:


1. On "Notifications" - click on 'New Alerts' OR go to 'Dashboard --> Actions' tab.

2. On 'Actions' tab - click on 'eSign'.



3. eSign: To view the Assessment/Incident Report - you can click on the 'View Assessment/Incident Report' button.

    - Enter the User's 'Initials' and click on the 'Verify' button.


NOTE:  In this example, the logged-in user must have the credentials of a "DRS" or Director of Resident Services otherwise they will not be allowed to electronically sign this document.




Option #2:


1. On "Notifications" - click on 'New Notifications' OR go to 'Dashboard --> Notifications' tab.

2. Click on the 'Notification Message' and it will open the related page, i.e. Resident Assessment/Incident.



   - Resident Assessment



  - Resident Incident



3. On Resident Assessment / Incident page, click on 'eSign' button.

4. User Sign: Enter User's 'Initials' and click on the 'Verify' button.
