eSign Setup (NOT VISIBLE to all users - Must have administrative permissions - please contact support directly with questions)


1. On the left menu, click on 'Setup --> eSign Setup'.

   - Click on 'Add eSign' button.



2. Add new eSign

   a. Sign For: You can select "INCIDENT" OR "ASSESSMENT" for eSign.


   

   b. Sign Title: Enter eSign title.

   c. User Role: Select user role for eSign.



   d. Sequence: Enter sequence number for user eSign. (i.e. User which needs to eSign first and it will appear first for eSign on "Dashboard --> Actions" tab.

   e. Optional: You can trigger alert for the next role for eSign by tick mark the checkbox.

   d. Click on 'Save' and then 'Close' button.



Note: Similarly, you can add eSign for 'ASSESSMENT' for required User Roles.

          - For ASSESSMENT, additionally, you required you to select 'Assessment Type'. i.e. For which assessment you required to eSign.
