Senior Insight can be configured to provide email notifications for Incident report "events" to send notifications emails to active users. These email notifications are set up based on customer feedback and system settings.
- The user can get automatic email notifications of QA events.
- When an 'Incident' OR incident 'Investigation' is SAVED and it meets the Quality Assurance ("QA") event criteria, it automatically sends an email to specified users. THEREFORE, it is possible to receive multiple emails on the same event if the save button is clicked more than once.
Note: Each user will get a notification message in the Dashboard ONLY for all incidents.
