1) Click on the email received from "mailer@seniorinsight.com".
2) Click on the given link in the email to get the Password for attached Zip file (it will open in new tab).
COPY THE ZIP FILE NAME FIRST THEN "Click here to get Password for attached Zip file" link in blue in the email. The zip file name begins with "Attachment_xxxxxxx.zip" - Copy the FULL NAME by highlighting and right clicking on the mouse button.
3) To get Zip file Password:
(a) Enter your Email, i.e. email ID in which you received encrypted email.
(b) Enter or Copy/Paste 'Zip File Name' available in email. Cursor in Box, Right click and "paste" from the previous step above when you copied the file name.
(c) Now, click on "Submit" button. It will generate a Password for Zip File. You will copy the password to paste later.
4) Download the attached Zip File (SEE STEP ONE - Attached to the email).
(a.) After the Zip File has been downloaded, find the file and double click on downloaded attachment Zip file to open it.
(b.) PASTE the copied password and click ok.
NOTE: Your screen here may be different. The idea is to get to the open file dialog box and enter the password copied in the steps above.
